Living Will

Have you ever wondered who would handle your financial affairs if you were no longer able to? For example, if you are abroad for an extended period, suffer a serious accident, or as you grow older and decision-making becomes more difficult?

If you want to stay in control of your life, even in situations where you can no longer make decisions yourself, a living will with a power of attorney for someone you trust is the perfect solution. You can also include medical declarations, such as a treatment refusal or an advance euthanasia directive. With us, everything is arranged clearly and reliably. We listen to your wishes and create a tailor-made notarial deed that gives you peace of mind, now and in the future.

Is your future well planned?

A living will can consist of a combination of three elements, based on your wishes. You can grant power of attorney to your spouse, your children or, if you trust us, to our firm, so you don’t have to worry. This ensures that someone can manage your affairs if you are no longer able to do so yourself. If you do not arrange this in advance, the court will appoint a mentor, administrator or guardian to act on your behalf.

If you find yourself in a hopeless situation of suffering, with no prospect of returning to a good quality of life, you can specify that medical treatment should be discontinued. You can also indicate that you wish to have euthanasia carried out. We will carefully discuss your wishes on these emotional matters and guide you through your choices, ensuring you have peace of mind knowing everything is properly arranged.
