Mortgage Deed
Most people are unable to pay for a renovation or the purchase of a home in cash. You can finance the purchase or renovation of a (newly built) home, apartment, or ship through a loan from a bank. Such a loan, where the property serves as collateral, is called a mortgage.
By granting a mortgage to a bank, you become the debtor, while the bank is the mortgagee. The mortgage right expires once you have fully repaid the loan.
